We were engaged by several blue-chip mining clients on
projects such as the (i) Goonyela mobile fleet delivery (ii) Yandi
fixed plant mine construction and (ii) Nusaraya mining project.
We were involved in setting up PMO’s, developing high level 3
master programs for our clients and helping contractors
properly develop detailed level 5 delivery programs. This
enabled clients and contractors to properly plan, schedule,
implement, monitor, control, and report on projects ranging
from $100M to $1Bn
