We were hired by Transport for New South Wales on critical Information,
Communications, Technology (ICT) projects to integrate rail assets and
infrastructure. We developed high level 3 master programs for our client
in Primavera and thoroughly reviewed several contractors delivery
programs for compliance during tender evaluation. This made it easy to
integrate the contractor’s program in the clients level 3 master program
as well as: update progress, monitor performance, control costs and
accurately report metrics for the multi-billion dollar Sydney Growth Trains
and New South Wales Regional Rail Projects in Australia.
