We were engaged by a high value client in Indonesia to deliver housing and
office complexes for over USD 150 Million. We were involved in setting up the
PMO, preparing a high level 3 master program for the client and helping
contractors prepare detailed level 5 schedules that were integrated into the
clients master program. This allowed stakeholders to properly plan, schedule,
oversee execution, monitor, control, and report construction work.
